Welcome to Actio.Design®´s website.These Terms & Conditions  govern our ecommerce processes.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

These TERMS & CONDITIONS apply to all users of Actio.Design®´s website Please read them carefully before ordering our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these TERMS & CONDITIONS. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not access the website nor order any of our products.

By agreeing to our TERMS & CONDITIONS, you confirm that you have full legal capacity according to the legal regulations of your country.

Any use of our website or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or any violation of any law (including but not limited to copyright laws) is strictly prohibited.

Applicable Law

These TERMS & CONDITIONS and their consequences shall be governed in all cases by the Spanish legislation in force at any given time.

In the event of any discrepancy or difference between the parties, the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction.


Confirmation Order
After you have placed your order successfully, an order confirmation will immediately be sent to your given email account. Please keep this order confirmation careful, it will be needed for any complaint, return (exchange or refund).

Cancellation of Order
We will cancel your order until production has started.

Since we produce in a lean pull-based system we produce every ADpad under demand. Therefore cancelling is only possible until we have started our production process which is between 4-8 hours from the order.

Change of Order
We will accept your request for changing anything in your order until our production has started.

You will receive a new order confirmation.

We will issue an invoice on request and make it available within a few days. Your Order ID will be needed to file the request.

Technical problems during the ordering process
Please CONTACT US immediately to avoid doublettes.

To claim a discount or file a coupon a code is needed. 

Cash discount will not be granted.

Data Security
As explained in our Privacy Policy, personal data are protected.
This also applied to your bank data.
We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)


Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the respective company.

Should problems arise during the payment process, CONTACT US resp. your bank.


We ship within Spain and worldwide by mail.

Shipment will be free of charge
– for Spain and EU if the order value is at least 50 euros
– for other countries if the order value is at least 100 euros

Depending on the total order weight and the destination country, shipping costs vary. Please see below:

· Up to 1.00 Kg: 4.00€
· From 1.00 Kg: 6.00€

· Up to 0,50 Kg: 8.00€
· 0.50 to 1.00 Kg: 10.00€
· from 1.00 kg.: 15.00€

· Up to 0,5 Kg: 8.00€
· 0.50 to 2.00 kg: 18.00€
· 2.00 to 5.00 kg: 50.00€

Delivery time depends on the country the order has to be shipped, the average time is 5 to 7 business days in Europe, overseas might take up to 15 business days.

Taxes/Import fees valid in several countries
Levying of taxes and/or import charges is beyond our control. We deliver to your address according to the shipment costs stated above with all necessary documents for customs/border control included in the shipment, We do not take any responsibility for some countries’ assessment of these documents, the time it takes and the import taxes charged. If you’re unsure about your country´s import policy, please check with the authorities.


If the product is not to your liking or is not what you expected, our Return Policy grants you 15 days after receipt to return your Actio.Design product after receipt. Please send your request via CONTACT US to clarify if it is an exchange or refund request. Your name and Order ID must be indicated and we will reply as soon as possible with a return address

Returns are subject to the following regulations:

  • Items must not be used.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging (all intact).
  • The return must be packed properly.
  • The return must include all order documents resp. a note with your complete order details.
  • Otherwise, we cannot accept the return for an exchange or refund.

The buyer has to bear the return postage.

Once we’ve received your items back, we’ll process your refund.

In case the order product might arrive damaged or the product has defects or faults, the returns will be at our expense and we will replace the product as soon as possible.

Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our premises, so we suggest that you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage. 

Refunds should take no longer than 7-10 days following receipt of your product, and refunds are only made to the original payment method. If you choose to return your whole order, we will refund the cost of the items, but please note that custom products are non-refundable. If you reject your delivery and it is returned to us, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
